Our Policy

Shag Class does not offer refunds on Monthly or Annual subscription charges, including partial-period refunds if you cancel partway through a billing cycle.

We keep this simple and clearly stated up front — at $5.99/month or $59.99/year, there's no free trial, and you can try three full lessons for free, with no account or payment information required, before you ever subscribe. That's your chance to make sure Shag Class is right for you before you pay anything.

What Happens When You Cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account page (which links directly to our secure billing portal). When you cancel:

• You keep full access to the video library through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• Your subscription will not renew or charge you again after that period ends.
• There is no cancellation fee.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you had already canceled — contact us at support@shagclass.com and we will look into it. Refunds for confirmed billing errors are handled at our discretion outside of this general no-refunds policy.
